Complaint of not been cooperative

I had a rain check for the catfish steak and fillets for 10 lb. each. When I went to go redeem the rain check they told me that I can only get 2 lb. I asked why is that and I was told that's the company policy so when I ask to speak to a manager. the manager stated you can only get five pounds so I asked where is that written. the manager stated it was only in their books.

Rare to be attended by a nice cashier. Never had been told to show my ID for doing a credit purchase. Overall "Thong" was kind at first, but he rudely asked for my ID when I asked for what he asked for. Very bad costumer service. I recommend to shop somewhere else.

Total harrassment by Manager several times

I am a regular customer at Food4Less. I buy beer on a weekly basis. In June, 2019, I went to the store to purchase beer. I asked someone to check into the back, because nothing is ever stocked in this store. The "so-called" manager, named Sean (store address is 14738 LaPaz Road, Apple Valley, CA) did not want to give me a rain check. He then asked me if I was drinking? I asked him what business is this of yours? I came in to buy beer as I do weekly. He then told me he smelled beer and asked if I was driving. I told him I have a brand new $45,000 car out side and its NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS. He then tells me he cant sell me beer because if I get stopped by the Police, then FOOD4LESS would be liable. I informed him, I buy beer to drink it and I have NEVER walked in this store belligerent, DRUNK or disrespectful to anyone. In fact, I know all the employees by name and address them as so. I told him, "sorry if my breath is offensive to you", but you have nothing to do with this. He then took the beer from my cart and asked me to leave. That was one incidence....a week later, I went back to by my weekly beer and groceries. He came from the back of the store when I entered and he followed me up and down every isle. Then then leans in and says, my "comfort dog", which was in a stroller with my husband cannot come into this store, while adding, "its not personal", but I have to ask you to leave AGAIN! He also tried to smell my breath! I told my husband this IS PERSONAL. I spend so much money weekly at this store and this "so-called" manager SEAN is out of order. I don't work, I am retired and I will sit outside this store and protest if I have to. Someone needs to step in and talk to this person before there is one more incident with me. He clearly is picking on me. I see homeless individual who are clearly drunk come in and purchase very strong alcohol. How come he doesn't approach them and ask if they are driving. If I am stopped by the Police, this is MY RESPONSIBILITY, not Food4Less. I have never heard if you are stopped by the Police if they ask you where you bought it from. This is clearly harassment. Every time I walk in this store, he follows me. WHY? All I do is pay his measly salary. You can ask any staff member there, have I ever been out of control? I respect EVERYONE at this store, besides him. I expect someone to contact me or him. The next time he approaches me, I cant tell you I will be pleasant. I have had enough of DISRESPECT. I can submit receipts to show how much money I spend at this store, which is more than $100 per week. Again his name is SEAN! The so called manager with managerial skills.

I am at the food 4 less in cicero, il i walk up to an employee to asked where is the gravy....she says no english ....really...wow...where do they do that at....we are in america if your employees do not know how to speak english they should not be an employee...we are in America and the first language is english. Shopping at Food for Less Hammond, Indiana 46324

On 6/10/19 around 5:00 pm I stopped at Food for Less for just a couple of items. I should have known it was crazy when the lady told me there we no shopping carts.

Not a problem because I was only getting just a couple of items. Once ready to check out all the lines were all going down an isle. The lines extended all the way to the meats, which mind you is all the way to the back. This is a store with 12 registers and only 4 lines open.

People were walking around not knowing what to do. I wish I had a blow horn to ask everyone to leave there groceries right where they were and walk out the store. Why should we shop at your business when we can't even be ringed out at the check out. This is not acceptable and will never happen to me again.

I will never shop there again and I'm telling everyone I know to never shop there again. I want to shop where management is happy to take my money and welcome me back. I felt sorry for the 4 cashiers working. There are so many people looking for jobs and there is no excuse for this.

You either want our moneys or we will take them somewhere else. We should protest against the store. Never again for me. if you're reading this Never Shop at Food for Less again.

Located in Hammond, Indiana off of 165th St.

Our time is as valuable to us as yours. Not a happy shopper.

I ordered a Spiderman cake for my son 4th birthday pick it up and it looks like a 2yr old made it , So I call the Bakery "MANAGER " and she have me send pictures to 773 499 **** and tell me it looks like the picture maybe some extra lines like wtf are you blind are we looking at the same cake im overly piseed and so done with this store if your "Managers" are making cake with blind eyes

The store in Panorama city, by Tobias ave..is not open during the specified hours...it says open from 6 am to 12pm...daily..and lime today once again...it's past 8:30am and it's closed...lacking in various ways
